For over thirty years we have been dedicated to our mission of making quality health care affordable to everyone. Veterans can now access one of the best health care systems in the country right here at home. Our consumer board helps assure that the care provided at the five Access Family Health Services clinics is responsive and culturally appropriate to the community’s needs. We integrate quality primary medical and dental care with aggressive outreach, education, counseling, translation, and other social services. We want to be your medical home and provide coordinated care that can lead to more positive health outcomes due to healthier behaviors and a healthier lifestyle.
